Some good suggestions. (In my opinion)

So, we need the server to be more unique, have more roleplay, I started thinking over and over...and finally came with some cool features.

1)
(This has already been suggested, I am resuggesting it for re-consideration.)
The ability to turn engine on and turn engine off, with the commands (thanks to wizy)
/Teo and /tef

2)
Seatbelt system.
If you don't use your seatbelt while entering a car, then you get damage everytime you crash.
(/Seatbelt or /sb)

3)
Jobs (More useful...I know I listed things they can already do, but I can't remind some.)
(As I can't log at this moment, I don't know most of the jobs.)

Mechanic - They can repair, repaint, add mods to your car.
Medic (At the APES faction) - They can heal, give medkits, drag people.
Bodyguard - Removal...I don't see much of it with the addition of Ammunation.
Weapons Dealer - They can get materials and go to some sort of weapon making factory, making the weapons in there.
Drug Dealer - (Merge with smuggler) They can harvest drugs, and go make them at some sort of Drugs factory.
Detective - (Should only be for the Police faction as people can use this to stalk people) Detectives can find people, their houses and businesses, recharge time of 30 seconds.
Taxi Driver (DOT) - Whenever someone calls 555, they can take the call, after getting to the destination, they can charge $10 per every mile.
Pimps & Hoe's - You can go to the "Pig's Pen" and become a whore or pimp, like a faction, pimps can recruit Hoe's and get clients, then they can /assign one of their hoe's to any client.
Delivery guy - Delivers food supplies, pizza, hamburgers, chickens and any other type of food to a certain restaurant, they will sell these supplies (50) for $2000.

4) Jail
The jail is really boring, people could have fun whenever they do something bad. (Ajail stays the same), it would need a mapping of a real jail (Something not too big, maybe in the ocean.) You would arrest people and they would get a message "You have gotten moved to the high security jail." taking them to this jail, to have fun.

5) Licenses
We need licenses, you can drive vehicles without a license but if the cops notice you can get a fine and go to jail, You would only need a license for Cars. (Unless there are plans of adding airplanes, boats and such.)

6) Friday Event Night
Of course we're a heavy Roleplay server, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't have a little fun with events, my suggestion is to make 3 events every friday night. (Or other day, you can choose.)

7) Hunger System (Tom told me about this idea a while ago.)
Simple, every 4 hours of playtime, (Four paydays) you get hungry and need to go to a restaurant and eat something, you will receive a message "You start getting hungry." whenever your character gets hungry, they lose a little of their life every 5 minutes.

Da Club
A fun area, you can go to the club, near the PD...with an entrance fee of $200, this place is for fun and drinks, dancing, partying and stuff like that.

9) Removal of most unowned vehicles.
There should be less unowned vehicles as they take away job from the DOT, Los Santos is a big city, so 20 of them scaterred around it, but only 2 need to be nearby, meaing there should be 10 places with 2 vehicles.

Just my opinion. The APMS should auto get that, they shouldn't have to take some dumbass job.... And about the Friday night, just no. We are indeed a heavy RP server, this means events maybe once a month. Detective = MG, there's no way of doing that IC'ly. Seatbelts are just annoying.

Oh, I left it unclear,

By medic I don't mean it as a job, I just mean the things they should be able to do. Indeed we're a heavy Roleplay server, but we can relax a little, although once a month sounds good too. Detective is really MG unless they know the person's name ICly and get information Roleplayly, In real life, Seatbelts are annoying, a bit...but they work to keep you in place and stop you from getting hurt.
