A few VIP suggestions

Well I have a few suggestions for a VIP I would like to share...
First, Instead of having to donate for a level 2 VIP for the VIP cars, It should be level 1, I mean, some people would like the VIP cars, and would probably donate for a level 1 VIP for the cars. And if its level 2 it costs more so more people are not interested because most of the server is in the US, and thats 17 bucks just for VIP cars.
Second, For each donation level, you could get an extra 1,000 at payday, Such as if you donate for level 1 VIP, You would get your payday plus 1000, Level two can get your payday plus 2000.
