APPD Suggestion

When I do /changerank (Promote) I want it to say to all members

NAME has been promoted to RANK by NAME
or
NAME has been demoted to RANK by NAME

And also make tickets appear in /recordcheck and make it so /ticket (ID) (Money) Add a (Reason) Please so It appears in /recordcheck

Also when you do /locker and Choose Equipment then SWAT it cost money. So make /ticket and other stuff go to the Faction bank and only Rank 7 Can add and withdraw but also it can be used to buy guns.

Add a rank 7 Please 6 ranks is annoying.

A /checkspeed or a /speed command to see how fast people are going

Added the NAME has changed NAME2's Rank to RANK
Also added the ticket thing on /recordcheck
Swat Equiptment money comes from the government (each user has a set ammount they can spend) It can not be increased
