A few ground rules for Applications

A few ground rules; (More will be added later)
1. As of right now, I will hand out punishments (varying) for Plagiarism (Copy&Paste). It will also result in auto-denial and no applying for a month.
2. Your faction must be active for at least two weeks before it will have a chance of being accepted and scripted in.
3. DM factions and gangs = Auto-denial and no applying for a month.
4. Graphics, pictures, etc. are not mandatory, but are preferred. (Cause we like pretty things!)
