He bought it from a guy off the other server. It IS copied, BUT, he owns it. He didn't make a single bit of the application though.
Dude.. Why dont you just make your own damn faction? This is the THIRD one that you have copied.

I am going to say we should not allow him to because he has done it THREE TIMES. I think that's Two, two many in my opinion.
